OUR BAR & RESTAURANT

Come join us for sunset in the bar, with free popcorn!

Our Restaurant and bar has everything you need and is open to the fresh sea air and cool breeze that blows through.

                        Have a game of Pool,

                  Stay for dinner,

Why not breakfast & lunch too...

We have a full bar and restaurant right next to the Hammock Hut and just down the path from your room and the beach.  The bar closes when the last person goes to bed and opens when the first person gets up.  Occasionally, that means it's 24 hours. More can be happening at night at Casa Kiwi than the rest of Trujillo combined!

Our menu is different to anywhere else in Trujillo with Kiwi Specialties and surprise - but you won't find a menu where everything is fried in oil!  Watch our blackboard for our daily specials, you never know what we might have!  Maybe a Thai curry one day or banana cake the next.  If there is anything that you really miss and there is a chance we might be able to help you out with your craving; just let us know and we'll do our best.  Remember though, this is Honduras.

Even though we are a little bit different to everyone else in town, our prices are still low and watch out for our Happy Hours where the prices get even lower.  Happy hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm -8pm.

The restaurant is now big enough to accommodate large groups and can also be used for meetings or parties. Our service is with a smile and a lot quicker than your average restaurant in small towns with fresh food.

We also try our best to actually have everything that is on the menu. We also pride ourselves in over 200 albums (not all the same and not chicken bus pop) to keep the music going non-stop and at reasonable decibels so the walls don't vibrate and shake.

For the more adventurous drinkers we have our very own Kiwi 'Yard Arm Glass' all the way from New Zealand.  This holds four bottles of beer and must be drunk in one go. It is on the house (gratis) if you are successful.  Down, down, down.
